After years and years (21 years to be exact) of heartbreak and frustration, the AZ Cardinals are finally Superbowl bound. The whole town is just buzzing with excitement and happiness. Matt actually wanted to riot. Luckily Phoenix is not a rioting town.

To all the non believers and nay sayers out there the only thing I can say to you is …. In your face bitches !!! We’re going to the Super freaking Bowl!!!!

Microsoft came out with this new (download for free) Software called Photosynth. It takes the photo and basically search for over lapping points and more or less stitch them together to make an awesome 3D look or atleast makes them interactive. Way cool sh!t (Note: you might need to download said software to see the pictures below)

KUPD Halloween Bash, I wish I was closer to the stage.

I never really realize how awkward it is to be a democrat in a red state. Well until now, this very morning to be exact. I went to bed elated that Obama won. And slightly sad for McCain.

I came in to work big smile, it took me a minute or two to realize I’m surrounded by very sad republicans. I started thinking any fellow democrats anywhere, but nope just little ole odd man out me. I thought I’d be use to it my whole family’s republican, to a point that a member of my family resorts to name calling. I always convinced myself I’m above that, I will smile and let it pass. I don’t need to justify my decisions and choices. I do feel sad and disappointed that member(s) of my family are that ignorant.

I knew going in that things will be difficult I’m very much aware of my surroundings, I knew Arizona is a conservative state. I’m disappointed that we took a step backwards towards gay marriage. But over all I’m quite happy with the results. Can’t win them all.

I stayed up late watching the elections I never considered myself as someone that’s interested in politics. I thought McCain’s speech was very nice and humble and I found Obama’s to be inspiring. I hope he can pull it through.

My only hope is that in the next 4 years or 8 we will be back on our feet and thrive like we are meant to be. My message to republicans, McCain accepted defeat gracefully, so should you.
